Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a CoIntegrate account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using CoIntegrate on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. The service

CoIntegrate, a product of BotLabHQ, is an AI-powered workspace for building, deploying, and monitoring SAP Integration Suite iFlows. We may update, add, or remove features at any time without notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at info@botlabhq.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Company & enterprise accounts. If your access is provided through a company or organization account, an administrator of that company may add or remove you, set your role, and manage the company’s plan and shared credit budget on your behalf. Your use remains subject to these Terms, and your company is responsible for its members’ use of the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to build or distribute malware, spam, or content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
• Use the service to compete with or rebuild a substantially similar product.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network we operate without prior written consent.

5. Your content & output

You own your content and output. "Content" is what you provide (prompts, descriptions, uploaded files). "Output" is what the service generates for you (integration flows, code, technical specifications, ZIP packages). As between you and BotLabHQ, you retain all right, title, and interest in both.

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your content and output solely to operate the service for you — for example, to build an integration you requested and make it available for download. We do not use your content or output to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, and we do not share it with third parties for that purpose. Generated artifacts are stored in storage scoped to your account and automatically deleted after 30 days; see our Privacy Policy.

6. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Upgrades take effect immediately; we charge the prorated difference for the remainder of your current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan and credits until then. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated or refunded.

Credits included with your plan reset monthly (including on annual plans) and do not roll over. Top-up credits are added to your current monthly credit cycle, expire when that cycle resets, and are non-transferable.

Refunds. Fees and top-ups are non-refundable except as required by law, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Price changes. We may change plan pricing with at least 14 days’ notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Enterprise & company plans. Enterprise accounts may instead be provided under a separate written order or invoice with agreed payment terms, and may share a single company credit pool across their members. Where an order form or agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement governs for that account.

7. Third-party tenants

If you connect a SAP Integration Suite tenant, you authorise us to call that tenant on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and for any changes the service makes to that tenant on your instruction.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotLabHQ's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that pose a security or legal risk to the service or other users.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
