Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

CoIntegrate is a product of BotLabHQ. We provide an AI-powered workspace for designing, deploying, and monitoring SAP Integration Suite iFlows. CoIntegrate is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAP SE. This policy explains what data we collect when you sign up for or use CoIntegrate, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile name and avatar.
• Usage data — chat conversations and uploads you create while using the product, plus operational metrics (counts, timing, build success/failure) we use to run and improve the service. These metrics never include the contents of your conversations or generated files.
• Generated artifacts — the integration packages (ZIP) and technical specifications (.docx) the product builds for you are stored temporarily so you can download them (see retention below). They are scoped to your account and never accessible to other users.
• Tenant credentials — if you connect your own SAP Integration Suite tenant, the OAuth credentials you provide are stored encrypted and used only to call your tenant on your behalf.
• Payment data — if you subscribe to a paid plan or buy credits, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number; the processor handles card data under PCI-DSS. We retain a card fingerprint (a non-reversible token, not the card number) to enforce our one-free-account-per-card policy.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and timestamps, captured in standard server logs.

3. How we use it

We use your data to authenticate you, deliver the product features you request, generate AI completions in response to your prompts, persist your work between sessions, and improve product quality. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your conversations or uploads to train third-party models.

4. Company & organization accounts

If your access is provided through a company or organization account, an administrator of that company can manage your membership (add or remove you, and set your role) and can see your credit usage within the company. Company administrators do not have access to the contents of your conversations or the files you generate. Administrative actions are recorded in a company audit log. If you are unsure whether your account is company-managed, contact your administrator or email info@botlabhq.com.

5. Where it lives & how long

Your data is stored and processed by a small set of established third-party providers acting as our sub-processors: a managed database & authentication provider (Japan), an AI model provider (United States), a payment processor (United States / global), a cloud hosting provider (Singapore), an email delivery provider (United States), and a content-delivery & edge-security network (global). A current list of our named sub-processors is available on request to info@botlabhq.com.

Generated artifacts (integration ZIPs and technical specifications) are kept in storage scoped to your account for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Download your files within that window — you can always re-generate them. We do not use your content or generated output to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.

6. Your choices

You can delete your account, export your conversations, or request a full copy of your data at any time by emailing info@botlabhq.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in across cointegrate.botlabhq.com and console.cointegrate.botlabhq.com. We do not use advertising cookies.
